Follow-up

You decide what stays private
and what callers may hear.

Your knowledge. Your team. Your rules.

LESS CHASING. MORE CLARITY.

Make room for
the work that matters.

Start with a supervised call and see how the assistant handles your business’s questions and requests. Your feedback shapes what comes next.

01

Start with what you know.

Bring documents or a public website into your private business setup. Review the draft before changing your rules or sharing information with callers.

02

Make every request clear.

Test how the assistant gathers what a caller needs. Review the request and conversation history together in your company workspace.

03

Give the next step an owner.

Keep follow-ups visible in a shared company queue. Workers see assigned work, while management can review and reassign requests.

HELP SHAPE TESSAWORKS

Let’s build for
real businesses.

The pilot is free. Pricing isn’t set yet. We’re looking for business owners who can try the workflows and tell us what fits their day.

We review your setup, available connections and call permissions before inviting your company. Requesting an invitation does not activate calling.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you join.

Is the pilot free?

We’re offering the platform free to participating test businesses. Pricing after the pilot has not been decided.

What will we test together?

We’ll review the business information you want the assistant to use, try a supervised call and check the request and follow-up it creates. We’re looking for owners of real businesses who can tell us what works and what needs to change.

Does an invitation turn on calling?

No. Calling needs a reviewed provider connection, company permissions and appropriate recipient consent. A pilot request doesn’t move or activate your business number.

Who decides what callers can hear?

Your company does. Imported content starts private. Management reviews disclosure permissions and setup changes before use. Recording also needs recipient consent and a reviewed connection.
